This search identifies your debtors who have filed for bankruptcy protection.
What you need to know:
This search should be performed as soon
as you receive a debtor's file, prior to
placing the phone number into your dialer.
You are only charged for this service
when we provide you with bankruptcy information for
your debtor. If we don't find anything, you
aren't charged for that debtor!

search:
This information may be submitted in a
batch format or you may perform an on-line search for
an individual debtor
The Bankruptcy database is updated every
business day Monday through Friday (excluding
holidays).
Output includes full bankruptcy file
information, including debtor name, bankruptcy number,
social security number and approximately 20 other
fields. Please ask for our full
list.
Warehousing Capabilities
Warehousing means that records submitted are added to your record storage so that they may be checked
daily (or other scheduled frequency) for deceased and bankruptcy matches. This way you dont have to submit
your inventory every day, we continuously monitor your inventory for new deceased matches and bankruptcy
filings. We also have a complete logging mechanism for auditing purposes.
